Pharma Biological

Pharma Biological is a third-party manufacturer specializing in Nutraceutical, Herbal, and Ayurveda products. We provide contract manufacturing and private label services exclusively to businesses, brand owners, and distributors. We do not sell products directly to end consumers.

2. Orders & Custom Manufacturing
All products are manufactured strictly as per client specifications, including formulation, packaging, and branding requirements. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms
Pricing is determined based on formulation, quantity, packaging, and customization requirements. A formal quotation will be shared after requirement analysis. Payments must be made as per mutually agreed terms outlined in the quotation or manufacturing agreement. Production and dispatch are subject to timely payment.

4. Production & Delivery Timelines
Estimated production and delivery timelines will be discussed and finalized before order confirmation. While we strive to meet committed timelines, delays due to external factors such as raw material availability, regulatory approvals, or logistics may occur. Any such delays will be communicated accordingly.

5. Shipping & Risk Transfer
All goods are shipped as per agreed terms. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon dispatch from our facility. Pharma Biological shall not be responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transit.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, including text, images, logos, product concepts, and designs, is the intellectual property of Pharma Biological or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
Pharma Biological shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, or resale of products. Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the value of the specific manufacturing batch supplied.

8. Product Claims & Regulatory Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that product labeling, claims, packaging, and marketing materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations. While we may assist with documentation, final compliance remains the client’s responsibility.

9. Quality Assurance & Claims
All products are manufactured in accordance with applicable industry standards and quality protocols. Any product-related concerns must be reported within the agreed timeframe along with proper documentation and batch details for review.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
